At Firestone Restaurant Group we professionally host corporate, wedding, cocktail and private functions. We have implemented booking terms and conditions to ensure our guests receive the highest quality of service possible.
Each event is unique and for this reason there is some flexibility as it relates to terms and agreements.

Stella Osteria – Restaurant Closure

Group Reservations
Tentative reservations may be made and will be held for 30 days. You will be asked to confirm or release your reservation should another interested party arise.
A non-refundable $750 deposit is required to reserve the entire restaurant.

Event Day
The event coordinator will work closely with you to plan details of your event. The day of your event, the coordinator will be available to accept deliveries and place décor.

Deposits
All deposits are non refundable.
First deposit of $750 is required to confirm booking
Second deposit of $1,000 is required six weeks prior to date. At this time plans will be finalized with coordinator.
Final payment is required on event day.

Guest Count Guarantee
Guest attendance will be guaranteed 48 hours prior to event day. The final bill will be based on this count or attendance number, whichever count is greater.

Restaurant Closure Minimums – Stella Osteria

In this situation you must guarantee a minimum amount of food and beverage purchases in order to have restaurant closure. This minimum does not include taxes and gratuities, décor, or any rental equipment. It will be required that a “room charge” will be added to the bill to make up the difference and bring the total to the minimum charge.

All food and beverage charges are subject to applicable taxes as well as 15% gratuities.

Menu Selections
Please confirm menu and wine selections 14 days prior to event in order to ensure availability.
All menu selections include bottled water at no additional cost.

Sommelier – Wine Pairing
Please utilize the vast knowledge of our Sommelier in pairing your wine and menu selection. We are pleased to provide this service at no additional cost.

Children’s Menu’s
Smaller portioned children’s meals for children under the age of 12 will be offered at a charge of $12.00.

Vendor Meals
Dj’s, photographers, musicians etc can be provided a main course selection at a reduced price.

Bar Service
Alcoholic beverages may be served until 1:00 am or by special arrangement until 2:00 am. All beverages must be supplied by Stella Osteria. Arrangements for host bar, open bar, cash bar and subsidized bar can be made.

Décor
Stella Osteria provides white linen, and candles on all tables. You may bring your own décor the day before the event and we will be pleased to provide set up. Deliveries of cakes and floral arrangements may be made on day of event. If you prefer, our event coordinator will be pleased to professionally arrange all décor at an additional cost.

Please note:
Nothing may be removed from walls
Nothing may be hung on the walls
No open candle flames are permitted due to fire code
The use of confetti, table confetti will result in additional clean up charge
All décor must be removed from premises at end of event. No storage is provided.
A charge may be applied to the bill should there be any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

25% estimated cost

8 – 14 days Prior

40% estimated cost

7 – 2 Days Prior

75% estimated cost

Deposits and Cancellations

A 25% deposit is required to confirm the reservation of parties of 50 or greater.
Guest attendance will be guaranteed 48 hours prior to event day. The final bill will be based on this count or attendance number, whichever count is greater.
The deposit is fully refundable if received two weeks in advance.
